Incredibly knowledgable but at the same time he will be honest with you if he doesn’t know an answer to something and will often times find the answer you’re looking for before you even try to search. Vlad was amazing throughout our home buying process! Houses get sold left and right and he made sure that when we sent him a list of interested homes, he scheduled showings quickly. He kept us informed throughout the whole process and actively followed up with us.
